Our quality requirements already begin when we select the raw materials. Our use of high-quality materials allows the largest possible freedom of design, providing diverse options for surface refinement and protection against corrosion. The latest manufacturing techniques and optimally coordinated production processes provide the utmost flexibility. Our own construction department develops tools which guarantee top precision in manufacturing. Quality assurance means more than control, it entails continuous improvement and development. Material and quality checks are carried out in close cooperation with testing institutes. These include fire prevention and protection, break-in protection and sound insulation tests as well as constant load tests according to CE guidelines. And last but not least, the Rheda-Wiedenbrück location in Eastern Westphalia contributes substantially to the quality requirement »made in Germany« also being lived and guaranteed in the future.
